At some point, the obvious question arises, how easy (or difficult) is it to create content in Second Life (SL). While your ability to answer that question will vary with the wind, if one truly wishes to explore the business potential of SL, it is a question that must be answered. Thus, here are a few tutorials /screencasts from the College of Education at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (online masters degree resources):
- How to ...
- build a chair in Second Life
- create an interactive sign in Second Life
- embed an image (texture) onto an object in Second Life
- embed a notecard onto an object in Second Life
- link an object to a webpage in Second Life
- create links within a notecard in Second Life
- create a dropbox in Second Life
- create a teleport link in Second Life

Agree. It's a good article that I can apply this for my routine. I loved it, so usefully. Thanks :)

I started watching the "build a chair" tutorial but when one took a copy rather than drag clicking to duplicate it sort of lost me. Tutorials should help figure out short cuts. And making things by the numbers is also much more efficient than stretching. Hopefully it gets better... but I haven't the patience to watch and find out.
